Cybersecurity

Data security means business continuity

Downtime after an attack or data loss costs more than sensible prevention. We help companies secure themselves against real threats, without fearmongering or overspending.

We audit your environment, deploy protection, take care of backups and train teams, because the weakest link is usually human.

Service scope

How we protect your company

Security audit

Environment review, weak-point identification and a remediation plan.

Endpoint & server protection

Antivirus protection for computers, servers and mobile devices.

Backups

Backup policy, automation and regular restore testing.

E-mail protection

Spam and phishing filtering plus company domain protection.

Managing permissions, passwords and multi-factor authentication.

Team training

Practical training that makes employees resilient to attacks.

How we work

From audit to ongoing protection

Security is a process, not a one-off purchase - deployment ends with monitoring and regular reviews.

  1. Environment audit

We review current security measures and identify risks.

  2. Security plan

We propose measures adequate to the threats and budget.

  3. Protection deployment

We install and configure security measures and backups.

  4. Monitoring & reviews

We supervise protection and update it as threats evolve.

Common questions

Questions & answers

Where do we start if the company has nothing beyond antivirus?

With an audit: we check access to data, backups, updates and e-mail protection. Based on that we propose a few steps in order of importance instead of implementing everything at once.

How often are backups made and where are they stored?

The schedule follows how fast your data changes, usually daily. Copies are kept in at least two locations, including one outside the company premises, and we regularly test restores, because a backup that cannot be restored protects nothing.

Does staff training make sense in a small company?

Yes, because most incidents start with a click on an attachment or a link. A short, practical session on recognising phishing and password rules gives a small company more than another device.
