How does a qualified e-signature differ from the trusted profile?

The Polish trusted profile (profil zaufany) is mainly for contacting public offices and does not work in business relations. A qualified signature has the legal force of a handwritten one – you can sign contracts, court registry documents, tender bids, and tax and social insurance declarations with it.

Do I need an e-signature for KSeF?

A qualified signature is one of the most convenient ways to authenticate a company in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), especially for companies registered in the court registry. We help you through the whole procedure – from certificate issuance to your first KSeF login.

What do I need to get an electronic signature?

A valid identity document is enough; if the certificate should include company data, you will also need the registration details (tax and registry numbers). We take care of the rest – the application, identity verification and configuration.

How long is the certificate valid and how does renewal work?

A qualified certificate is issued for 1, 2 or 3 years. We remind you before it expires – renewal can usually be done remotely, without replacing the card or another visit.
