This privacy policy describes the rules of processing personal data and the use of cookies on the etheral.pl website.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Within the website we process the following categories of data:

• data provided in the contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message content,
• technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, server log information,
• statistical data from analytics tools (cookies).

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• handling inquiries sent via the contact form or e-mail — based on the controller's legitimate interest or steps taken to conclude a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR),
• performance of services and contracts — based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• visit statistics and improvement of the website (Google Analytics 4) — based on voluntary consent given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time,
• website security (server logs) — based on the controller's legitimate interest.

4. Data retention period

Contact form data is kept for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and possible further correspondence. Data related to the performance of contracts is kept for the period required by law (including tax and accounting regulations). Statistical data and server logs are kept no longer than required by the purpose of their processing.

5. Data recipients

Personal data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically in running the website (including hosting and e-mail providers) and — with regard to statistical data — to analytics tool providers. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Rights of data subjects

Every person whose data we process has the right to:

• access their data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) their data,
• erase their data or restrict its processing,
• object to the processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device. We use two categories of cookies:

• essential — required for the website to work properly (session handling, form security, remembering the choice made in the cookie banner); they do not require consent,
• statistical — Google Analytics 4 cookies (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.) used for aggregate visit statistics; they are stored only after consent is given via the cookie banner.

8. Statistics (Google Analytics 4) and Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. Statistical scripts are launched only after consent is given via the cookie banner, and the collected data (including information about the device, browser and how the website is used) serves aggregate analysis only. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

The form on the contact page is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.), which analyses, among other things, the IP address and the way you interact with the page in order to distinguish humans from bots. The legal basis for this processing is the controller's legitimate interest — protecting the form against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google may also process the above data on servers located outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to handle an inquiry sent via the contact form or to perform a service.

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy, in particular in the event of changes in the law or in the way the website operates. The current version of the policy is always available on this page.
